To put a seamless hoop ring into your nose start by twisting the ends of the ring with your fingers to open up the hoop so you can get it around the pierced portion of your nose.
To take it out bend the ring slightly so the break comes apart then slide out of your piercing.
Gently pull the ball to release the end of the bar then slide the bar through the hole and off of your nose.
